Every day there is more good music to listen to
It is crazy. Today I will have Andrew Bird’s new album Break It Yourself and Damien Jurado’s Maraqopa going until I leave for night two of the ever wonderful Punch Brothers.

Like Crazy for a second viewing?
My week with Marilyn was only 99 minutes or something. It was quite enjoyable. Michelle Williams was captivating, Kenneth B. was killer, and the kid who played Colin did a good job.
I dont feel like watching TV shows right now so I think I may drink some more and give Like Crazy another viewing. Good movie. Very real.
Tonight's movie: My Week With Marilyn
I am super excited for this one. I love Marilyn Monroe and I love Michelle Williams.

Saturday's show
So Saturday my band Whiskey Pariah is doing a nights full of music at this bar in Plymouth (PILGRIM STYLE).
The most songs we have played in a set is 11. This time we have to play at least 30 to fill up the time frame.
As a group we do not know that many songs so we are doing songs by ourselves which will happen in the middle of the set.
So far I have 4 songs. I might need to do 5.

Menzingers' On The Impossible Past
I have stated before that I am not very keen on most of the punk (and it’s sub-genres) scene out there today.
I am on my second listen to this album and it is simple and fun. I cannot help but hear influence from Piebald in it. If you listened to Piebald, you know EXACTLY what I mean. It is poppy, catchy, rocking and fun. Certain songs definitely stand out which is true of most punk CDs.

The Wooden Sky's New Album is magnificent.
Wow. I am so impressed with this band. One of the most underrated folk/country bands out there. 3 amazing albums. This one will probably remain at the top of my list for the year.

My home is getting cold. It is about 52 degrees...
52 downstairs, about 57 upstairs.
I took a pretty big hit money wise (a few hundred; as did my brother) to make up for others not being able to pay their portion on the bill. We probably wont get it back till late tomorrow if not till Friday morning. We are lucky this winter isn’t so cold.
I have been through this before. In college I lived in what some call a “party house”....

I just started using Rock Melt. It is amazing. It uses the same open source engine or whatever at Google Chrome. On top of that, it integrates the browser with all of your social media (Facebook, Tumblr, Twitter, Gmail, News Sites, Youtube, Reddit and so much more).
Seriously go to the website and check it out. I fully back this Browser. My safari always randomly quits and I was never big on...

I am renting a violin at the end of the week for a...
I am pretty excited. I have NO idea if will be able to play it.
Luckily it is the same tuning and scales as a mandolin, so I have some edge going into it.
The hardest parts will be it being fretless and ESPECIALLY hard figuring out who to use a bow properly.
